Seeding the successes
of the future
A two-years program, Stemazone was created to capitalise on the natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge that is inherent in children. By introducing them to the wonders of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and the Arts we seed the future.
Once the interest in a field has been created children may seek to grow in that field through their academic endeavours and help the nation build its knowledge and skills base for a future that is aligned to the direction is which the world is steadily progressing. A direction that has been clearly outlined in our nation’s own Vision 2040.
Helping good ideas
become great business
Oman is blessed with a dynamic, young population and with youth come ideas. From the world’s largest multinational to the little speciality coffee shop, they all started with an idea. But an idea on its own without the right support and guidance can often falter and fail. This is where Tasees comes in.
Using a proven 3-step methodology Tasees offers businesses – both fledgling startups as well as established enterprises – the expertise to succeed and achieve their maximum potential. A non-profit platform established in 2018, Tasees works with one singular aim – to support the socio-economic development of Oman by supporting and nurturing the nation’s entrepreneurs and especially the SME’s.
Tapping the immense potential of Oman’s women
Omani women are already contributing so much to the nation’s progress. Women are in the retail outlets, hospitals, banks, police force, airlines – virtually every field you can think of. Through the Qudurat initiative we aim to empower, assist and improve the employability of even greater numbers of women to take their part in the nation’s march into the future.
Fully committed to Oman’s Vision 2040 aim to create an environment of equality and inclusivity, Eshraqa programs work with local organisations to help woman become more productive outside the household and generate income through skill workshops that include stitching and tailoring, fashion and other avenues that will help them become financially independent.
Because no one should
be left behind
An initiative that aims to promote an inclusive and high-quality education for individuals with disabilities, Taheel supports early childhood development programs and also helps disabled youth gain access to specialized training in technical and vocational fields. If an individual has the right drive and ambition Taheel aims to see that he or she is given the opportunity to be the best that they can be.
Working closely with local organizations and government bodies, Eshraqa strives to empower those with different abilities and help them maximize their capabilities and skills because in a successful nation, no one is left behind.
Before everything else in life, there is health. It determines our abilities and capabilities and enables us to succeed and contribute to our nation as well as our own families and indeed to ourselves.
Eshraqa supports the healthcare sector in Oman through contributions of essential equipment and supplies to various hospitals, conducts blood donation camps and assists in every way possible to help promote and protect the health of our nation through the health of its people.
With a large and ever-growing workforce Oman already has the manpower required to take it forward on its next steps into the global economy.
At Eshraqa we have been providing training programs that tap into the inherent skills of our youth to help them make the most of their talents. Armed with training and vocational skills Oman’s workforce gains the advantage of competence in their respective fields and is thus prepared to shine as they take themselves and the nation forward.
It cannot be said enough that a good education is the key to the future. With knowledge comes understanding and ability. And from that comes capability. And with capability you have productivity, economic viability and independence.
It’s no surprise that one of the very important aspects of Oman’s Vision 2040 is to give priority to education, learning and scientific research. At Eshraqa we support this vision with initiatives that begin at primary school level and move up through various age and educational levels to help our nation gain its keys to the future.
Established with the belief that the private sector has a responsibility towards the development of local communities, Eshraqa is committed to lending support wherever possible.
Through a series of initiatives that cover a wide gamut of areas ranging from environmental cleanup drives, Ramadan boxes, mass weddings, sporting events and much more at various wilayats around Oman, Eshraqa works to support and nurture community wellbeing, because a nation is made up of its people and their communities.
